Sustainability & CO2-neutrality

Sustainability is not just a social trend: Political initiatives, increased awareness of environmental and climate protection, as well as international agreements and binding targets are setting the direction. The topic has long since found its way into the energy-intensive die casting industry. Many players along the entire process chain - starting with the alloy manufacturer through to the die casting machine manufacturer - are already showing a wide range of initiatives, particularly with regard to CO2 neutrality. Ambitious sustainability strategies and mandatory requirements from OEMs and suppliers are also increasingly making automotive production climate-neutral - right through to the value chains.
