The organizer is entitled to use exhibition areas for other purposes if set-up has not begun by 15:00 on the last set-up day. In this case, the organizer has the right to claim any resulting costs from the exhibitor.
Access to the halls during set-up and dismantling is only possible with special passes. These are not valid for the duration of the event.
Important note: Please note that there is a general smoking ban on the entire exhibition grounds. Smoking is only permitted in the specially designated areas.

Use our efficient invitation tool: As an exhibitor, you will receive electronic admission vouchers (e-codes) that you can easily pass on to your customers and business partners. This allows you to send targeted invitations to visit your stand - personally, directly and at no extra cost.
A sample letter for addressing customers and a monitoring tool for checking the success of your invitation management are available to you. This allows you to keep track of redeemed vouchers at all times and control your measures in a targeted manner.
TransITfair is NürnbergMesse's digital exhibition logistics system that enables efficient and transparent planning of the delivery and removal of materials during set-up and dismantling. By booking time slots for loading and unloading processes online, traffic flows on the exhibition grounds can be intelligently controlled and waiting times minimised.
Please note: No entry is possible without a booked slot.
As an exhibitor, you generally do not need a letter of invitation to apply for a visa. Your stand confirmation is sufficient proof of your participation in the trade fair.
You can find out which countries require a letter of invitation for visa applications on the visa information page of the Federal Foreign Office.
NürnbergMesse does not issue invitation letters for exhibitors.

Please check your planned stand carefully against the NürnbergMesse Technical Guidelines. Then submit the completed stand construction checklist in good time via the exhibitor area. This is a prerequisite for the approval of your stand concept.

Note: For special structures, two-storey stands or special constructions, additional approval is required from the exhibition management.
To ensure smooth set-up and dismantling, it is mandatory to book a time slot via our digital logistics system TransITfair. Only registered vehicles with a confirmed slot will be granted access to the exhibition centre.
As soon as the logistics guide is available, you can plan your delivery easily and conveniently online.

For a successful trade fair appearance, you often need more than just the stand itself. All the necessary technical and organisational services can be ordered conveniently and centrally via the ExhibitorShop in the Exhibitor Area.

To ensure that you and your team have smooth access to the exhibition grounds during the event and during set-up and dismantling, you will need personalised exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes.
Exhibitor passes:
Authorise daily access during the entire duration of the trade fair, as well as during set-up and dismantling times
Include public transport access within the VGN network.
Set-up and dismantling passes:
Required for all persons working on the site during set-up or dismantling.
Only valid outside the official opening times for visitors.
Important:
Passes can only be ordered and allocated online via the TicketCenter in the exhibitor area.
There you will receive an overview of your allotment as well as the option to order additional passes for a fee.
Please ensure that all team members are registered before the start of the trade fair - only then can fast and smooth access be guaranteed.
Are you planning to present a particularly large or heavy exhibit on your stand? Please note:
For organisational and safety reasons, exhibits weighing more than 5 tonnes and/or with a floor area of more than 6 m² must be registered and approved in advance.
