The organizer will be entitled to use for another purpose any exhibition areas on which assembly has not yet begun by 3:00 p.m. of the last assembly day, Monday, 15 January 2024. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.
Access to the halls during set-up and dismantling is only possible with separate passes. These are not valid for the duration of the event.
Important note: Please note that there is a general ban on smoking throughout the exhibition grounds. Smoking is only permitted in the specially marked areas.
