Formats

The Die Casting Conference (Druckgusstag), one of the highlights of the fair, offers in-depth insights into the latest developments and challenges within the diecasting industry – especially regarding sustainability, digitalization, and innovative materials. The EUROGUSS Talent Award and shared booths like the Young Innovator Stand provide students and start-ups with a platform to present their groundbreaking ideas and sustainable innovations in the non-ferrous sector.

Sustainable implementation of events

We are continuously improving the footprint of our services. To this end, we select service partners who act in a value-oriented manner in the interests of our environment and society. With collective foresight, we gear our events towards a responsible experience - from resource-conserving stand construction solutions to catering with local food, reusable crockery and recycling systems. We support sustainable travel with our charging stations for electric cars and discounted train tickets as well as free use of public transport.

Sustainability at NürnbergMesse

As one of the largest exhibition companies in the world, we have aligned all our actions with social and ecological justice, based on the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations. Parts of our exhibition halls are certified, as is our energy and environmental management. With a photovoltaic system, LED lamps, green electricity and other measures, we are working towards our major goal: a CO2-neutral energy supply by 2028. We have been documenting our successes in an annual sustainability report since 2021.
