ZDM(Zhenzhi) Machinery & Mould Co.,Ltd was founded in 1999, which is a “specialized new small giant” company dedicated to the research and development and manufacturing of professional high pressure die -casting molds.

In 2004, passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.

In 2006, the first phase of the plant was put into use, located in the auto parts park in Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 13,300 square meters.

In 2014, the second -phase factories were put into use, located in the Daqi mold park in Beilun District, Ningbo City, covering an area of 11,000 square meters.

At present, ZDM have 275 employees, including 55 mold R & D designers.

ZDM has more than 60 precision large five -axis, horizontal four -axis, and three -axis high -speed milling processing center equipment from Germany, Japan, and other country.

ZDM has an independent R & D center. R & D capabilities are the fundamental guarantee for maintaining the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The enterprise has spared no effort in the investment in R & D, and introduces the international advanced model flow analysis software Flow 3D 5.1 version 128 core. , UG, etc.

In terms of quality control control, invest instruments such as CMM 7 -axis 3D scan arm from the USA, and the quality of raw materials is strictly controlled using Metallographic Analysis, ultrasonic measurement, and hardness measurement.
