Idé-Pro is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of cast prototypes and low-volume series in light metal, plastic and EPS/EPP.

We assist our customers in getting their products faster into the market by supplying cast prototypes directly in both serial material and serial cast process.

Idé-Pro provides know-how, flexibility and speed as a one-stop shop having all processes in-house including:

• Product development/DFM
• Rapid prototyping (investment casting and CNC from block)
• In-house tool factory
• High pressure die casting foundry (aluminium, magnesium, zink)
• Injection moulding foundry (plastic)
• Post-processing (CNC, leak testing, assembly)
• Measuring/verification

Idé-Pro was founded in 1994 by the brothers Tommy and Morten Nors and has grown into a solid partner to our loyal customers all over Europe and Scandinavia. Today we are 280 competent and committed people. Our 2 highly automated prototype foundries covering 26.800 m2 are located in Denmark and supported 80 technicians including CAD/CAM designers in India. We also have a sales office in Sweden.
