Throughout our extensive history, we've specialized in crafting inserts for die-casting molds. In response to the growing demand for lightweight aluminum castings and the need for material-efficient inserts, we've developed thin inserts featuring extended water holes.

Our capability includes producing inserts with a φ3mm × L = 500mm hole effortlessly. We offer a diverse range of threads, including NPT, BSP M, and UNF. Across our three factories, we operate more than 45 lathes and 25 machining centers dedicated to manufacturing these items.

Our advanced manufacturing processes extend to additive manufacturing (AM) inserts produced from HTC45, equivalent to SKD61/H13. Notably, HTC45 boasts higher thermal conductivity compared to maraging steel, providing you with a superior solution.
