DOKSAN BASINÇLI DOKUM VE MAKINE SAN. TIC. A.S.

Döksan is founded in 1976 as a Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting Company and is located in TOSB industrial area zone in Gebze / Kocaeli which is very close to the Sabiha Gökçen Airport in Istanbul. Our Plant has a closed area of 85.000 m2 open, 15.000 m2 closed area and we are running with 21 die casting machines in the range of 400 tons until 1800 tons. With our existing die casting machines we are able to cast parts of about 10 gr until 50 kgs. In total we have 205 employees.

The manufacturing is focused on 5 kinds of aluminium die casting alloys. In our production we are using predominantly DIN EN AC 46000, DIN EN AC 47100, DIN EN AC 44300, DIN EN AC 43400 and DIN EN AC 43500 at the moment but we have the capacity and the capability to add other aluminium alloys due to customer requirements.

Döksan with a share of export of 80 % to the Automotive Industry in Europe. Of course we have all necessary quality certifications like IATF 16949
