CONLED was the first nationwide contracting company for industrial lighting and has been leading the field for the past 10 years. As an independent, certified service provider, we only plan our projects using LED lights from renowned manufacturers. Our long-term customers include Arcelor Mittal, the Lürssen Group (Blohm & Voss, Norderwerft, Peene Werft, etc.), Braas Monier Group, Genting Group, Daimler AG, FrankenGuss, Römheld & Moelle, Ottobock, Rheinmetall amongst others.

Our core competence lies in the energy saving renewal and replacement of conventional lighting systems, which we modernize with customer-specific, highly efficient LED lighting systems, resulting in significant cost and energy savings. All associated preliminary work, such as on-site lighting assessments, lighting calculations, and quotations, are provided free of charge by CONLED.

Each projekt is subsidized by BAFA; CONLED takes care of the complete application for the subsidies and passes them on to the customers.

The contracting agreements for our customers include the following guarantees:

1. Guaranteed Cost Reduction:

As the contractual basis, we offer our customers individual light contracting. Unlike rental or leasing models, we fully cover all the necessary investment for LED lighting, from planning to ready-to-operate installation, as well as all maintenance, replacement lights, and cover all the operational risks. The energy savings contractually guaranteed by us are significantly higher than the low monthly fixed contracting rates. This ensures that the companies' creditworthiness remains intact and liquidity is significantly increased without any risk. Especially in the current era of high energy costs and inflation, reducing operating costs is crucial for many customers. Therefore, the complete risk lies with CONLED and not with the customer! The contracting rates are only booked as an expense and are not to be taken into account in the balance sheet as fixed assets.

2. Guaranteed Illumination:

Furthermore, we guarantee the planned lux values throughout the contracting period and measure them during the annual maintenance. The lighting system is adjusted to comply with the statutory lighting requirements (ASR) from the start of operation. This ensures that companies only consume as much light energy as is minimally necessary. This process is called "iCLO=individual constant lumen output," and which leads to further energy savings

If the lux values or the savings differ during the contract period, the customer has the right to minimize the contracting rate. The entire risk lies with CONLED and not with our customers.
