BEYZA METAL DIE CASTING

Founded in 1978, Beyza Metal is an aluminum and zamac die casting and mold manufacturing company.

MELTING

Beyza Metal has two pieces of main melting furnaces:

1- Shaft Type Melting Furnace which has 1000 kg melting capacity per hour and 2 tones holding capacity.

2- Hydrolic Unloading Type with Promeus burner which has 300 kg melting capacity per hour and 1000 kg holding capacity.

3- Automatic Degasing Machine.

FOUNDRY

The company supplies its customers by 10 pieces of die casting machines locking force between 160 tones to 1000 tones in the new 4200 square meter factory, which was invested in 2023.

Beyza Metal is able to produce aluminium die casting casting parts between 0,2 kg to 10 kg.

MACHİNİNG

Beyza Metal is able to produce machined and ready-to-install parts by the CNC Tapping Centers and the CNC Lathes it owns.

MOLD HOUSE

Beyza Metal also has its own mold house. All molds manufactured by Beyza Metal are designed using JSCAST simulation software and machined by the CNC Vertical Milling Machines it has.

QUALITY

Beyza Metal's laboratory has a spectrometer device, hardness measuring device, gas leakage test device and surface roughness measuring device. The investment plan for 2024 includes purchaising a CMM device.
