ARFEM ALÜMINYUM FOUNDRY

ARFEM ALÜMINYUM is pleased to present the new production site for the construction of the ARFEM ALÜMINYUM FOUNDRY, for the production of aluminum billets from 8" to 12" inches. The headquarters is located in an area of 178,000 m2, creating one of the most modern structures with technologically advanced systems, thus guaranteeing quality, service, and constant supply, completely managing the production chain, and directly controlling the two companies operating in the aluminum sector. Aluminum billets are produced in various alloys starting from 6000, with variable lengths and diameters, depending on the needs of the users and the characteristics of the systems. The production capacity of the foundry is 6,000 tons/month as a first step to reach 9,000 tons/month at a later stage. The traceability of the material is guaranteed for each casting, throughout the entire process and each shipment is accompanied by a certificate according to the regulations. The foundry is equipped with the most modern systems for the latest generation aluminum treatment, for the degassing and filtration of the aluminum itself, and for homogenization, thus guaranteeing the high quality of primary billets produced with only primary aluminum ingots. This allows ARFEM ALÜMINYUM FOUNDRY to achieve high levels of quality and performance during the extrusion process.

​ PRODUCTION OF ALUMINUM PROFILES

ARFEM ALÜMINYUM is one of the most important companies in Turkey in terms of size and capacity in the production of aluminum and extruded profiles. ARFEM ALÜMINYUM produces a wide range of aluminum profiles, able to satisfy the needs of each customer, made in one of the most technologically modern structures, which is at the same time flexible and innovative. ARFEM ALÜMINYUM was founded in 2011 and today it is a reality located in an area of approximately 70,000 m2, the extrusion is produced by 5 presses, 2 modern anodizing systems, and a brushing system, 2 painting systems powder (one vertical and one horizontal), and a department for mechanical processing related to profiles. ARFEM ALÜMINYUM places human and technological resources at the center of the project, it is a young company made up of professional collaborators who have been operating in the aluminum sector for over 40 years, takes care of the sustainability of production processes in environmental terms (ISO 14001 certified), both through energy efficiency and in terms of safety. Among the various uses of the aluminum profiles produced, there are also those relating to construction (windows, shutters, ovals, mosquito nets, and sunshades), industrial profiles (automotive, electronics, furniture, lighting, stairs, scaffolding) and standard profiles . ARFEM ALÜMINYUM boasts a specialized technical office capable of supporting the client in all phases and needs, from the design to the creation of moulds, necessary for profile production.
