Antitrust Regulations

The EUROGUSS Executive Circle brings together representatives from companies, some of which are competitors. By registering, participants agree to comply with applicable antitrust laws during the event and, in particular, to refrain from entering into any agreements that restrict competition or exchanging competitively sensitive information.

Open discussion of general market and technology trends, regulatory developments, and industry-wide challenges is expressly encouraged. However, the discussion must not involve, in particular, company-specific, non-public, competitively sensitive information—such as current or future prices and terms, customers, capacities, production volumes, or individual business and competitive strategies.

Should a conversation take a direction that raises antitrust concerns, the exchange in question must be terminated immediately; if necessary, the moderator or event organizer should be contacted. This also applies to informal conversations taking place during the event. Each participant is personally responsible for complying with antitrust regulations.
