Information about your participation in EUROGUSS 

  • Your personal exhibitor area
    In your personal exhibitor area, you manage the most important tools in one central location with just one login. The following services are available to you in the exhibitor area: 
    • Your participation at a glance
      Here you will find information about your current exhibition space, contact persons and deadlines as well as an overview of your past events.
    • Online stand application incl. co-exhibitor registration
      Here you can register your stand space, find an overview of your registration and stand data and register and manage your co-exhibitors.
    • Online ExhibitorShop
      Here you order everything for your succesful trade fair appearance, find important information as well as permits and the stand construction checklist. You can create a partner login for stand builders/agencies so that they can order services themselves. In addition, you have insight into the order history of your booked services and a document overview.
    • TicketCenter
      Here you can order and manage your exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes. In addition, you can use it to invite your customers easily and efficiently. The TicketCenter will be available from September 2023. We will inform you as soon as the login is possible.

  • Login data

    You will find the login data for your personal exhibitor area in your stand space confirmation, which you received by e-mail. The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After logging in for the first time, you will therefore be asked to change the password. 
    If you have problems logging in to the exhibitor area, you can renew your password at any time by clicking the "Request password" button.


  • Your stand position
    You will find your stand number and the hall plan in the stand space confirmation that you received by e-mail. The stand space confirmation will be sent within 7 working days after receipt of the registration.
  • Invoice
    You will receive the invoice for your stand space at EUROGUSS from September 2023 by e-mail from the e-mail address euroguss-invoice@nuernbergmesse.de. Please note that the stand area as well as the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced in one invoice via NürnbergMesse GmbH. 
    Other services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse separately.  If you are not sure whether an invoice sender is a ServicePartner of NürnbergMesse, please contact us.
     
  • Invitation code for customers 

    You would like to invite your customers? - No problem! 
    You have received your free voucher code from us by e-mail (subject of the e-mail: Different ways to invite your customers!).
    The voucher code is redeemable up to 9999 times. If this is not enough for you, please feel free to contact us!

    All codes are free of charge for you and your customers.
    Via the TicketCenter you also have the possibility to see which voucher codes have already been redeemed as part of the monitoring function. 
    This gives you an ideal overview of your invitation management.
    You can access the TicketCenter via our exhibitor area.

  • Assembly and dismantling times

    Assembly:

    Friday 12 – Sunday 14 January 2024 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM each day

    Monday 15 January 2024 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

     

    Dismantling:

    Thursday 18 January 2024 5:00 PM - 12:00 PM

    Friday 19 January 2024 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Saturday 20 January 2024 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

     

    Do you need an extended assembly or an extended dismantling? You are welcome to enquire about availability with us and book the extended assembly or dismantling for a fee if necessary.

     

    Booked exhibition stands whose construction has not been started by Monday (last day of construction), January 15, 2024, 3:00 PM, will be designed by the organizer, unless otherwise informed. Any costs arising from this will be borne by the exhibitor.

  • Marketing services

    Here you will find an overview of the marketing services you can use as an exhibitor.

  • From now on: Digital trade fair logistics system - Book time slots

    To enter the loading yards of NürnbergMesse with trucks or cars, you must book slots via the new digital trade fair logistics system TransITfair with immediate effect.

  • From now on: Book stand construction

    You can book complete rental stands from NürnbergMesse in the Online ExhibitorShop or configure it yourself very easily with our stand configurator, which will be available shortly. For individual stand construction solutions, please contact us.

  • From of now:                        Managing your online profile in the exhibitor and product area
    NEW: Create and update your informative online company profile easily yourself. To do so, use the new SelfService in your personal exhibitor area. 

    We have compiled instructions for you on how to edit your online profile in SelfService.

    If you have any questions while maintaining your company profile, our online editorial team will be happy to help you at any time. You can reach the online editorial team either by e-mail at selfservice@support.nuernbergmesse.de or by phone at +49 911 8606 8806. 

  • From now on: Registration of co-exhibitors in the online stand application
    Log in to your exhibitor area with your personal access data and register your co-exhibitors.
  •   From now on:                        Booking meeting rooms
    Do you need a room for important meetings, the briefing of your stand personnel or an additional event next to your stand? Feel free to contact us by our room request form.
  • From now on: Booking exhibitor services

    Be the focus of trade visitors - before, during and after the trade show. Book the marketing-packages or exclusive marketing services you require in the Online ExhibitorShop. This will be activated for you when the stand space confirmation is sent.

  • From now on: Order services

    Suspension points, power connection, compressed air, water connection, stand construction as well as freight forwarding, working platforms, security, cleaning, hostesses, catering, WLAN, stand parties, etc. You can book all services for a successful EUROGUSS in our Online ExhibitorShop.

    Please also note the deadlines for orders listed in the store and below!

  • From now on: Order and personalize exhibitor passes / assembling and dismantling passes

    Register exhibitor passes for your stand personnel and assembling and dismantling passes for your assembling and dismantling team at the TicketCenter.
    Exhibitor passes are valid during the duration of the trade fair and during assembly and dismantling; assembling and dismantling passes only authorize access during assembly and dismantling.

    Deadline registering passes: January 16, 2024


  • Until 21 November 2023: Fill in stand design checklist (stand construction permit)

    Please check your stand construction against technical guidelines and submit the checklist stand design. You can find it in the Online ExhibitorShop (on the right side). Please be aware that we do not grant any separate approvals. The observance of the technical regulations is mandatory. The checklist serves as assistance in showing possible problems regarding the stand construction.
    You can find the technical regulations also in the Online ExhibitorShop under "Information and Regulations". Compliance with the guidelines and regulations is mandatory and will be checked on-site by NürnbergMesse during assembly time.

  • Until 21 November 2023: Registration of large and heavy exhibits
    Are you planning an exhibit over 5 t weight and/or 6 mfloor space? Please order the necessary aids (e.g. heavy-duty crane) in the Online ExhibitorShop and inform us by e-mail to coordinate the delivery.
