We are developing a human-centred, AI-driven assistance system to achieve a zero-defect manufacturing. It supports operators at the shopfloor with diagnosis and decision-making. The system is based on a data lake, a knowledge graph and hybrid AI models. The dashboard visualises process data and provides operators with recommendations for troubleshooting.
