In 2022, Sarna Röser received the Konrad Adenauer Prize for the Social Market Economy from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
Her first book, "A Plea for the Majority", was recognised as a SPIEGEL bestseller in its first week of publication in July 2023. The book also went straight into the top 10 business books in Manager Magazin.
