The cooperation agreement covers various key areas of collaboration:
- Overview of the partnership: Schaufler Fischer Group, a global leader in large high-pressure diecasting dies, and Koide, a leading tool manufacturer in Japan, will work together in the future. The aim is to acquire new mega/giga die casting molds from Japanese OEMs. In the future, Schaufler Fischer Group will utilize the local know-how and services of the Japanese company to provide comprehensive support to its customers in Japan.
- Mutual commitments: The mutual commitments include, on the one hand, that the Japanese tool manufacturer will invest in the mega/giga tooling capacity and introduce the Schaufler Fischer Group to its main market. In addition, the Japanese company will provide tool-related services for Schaufler Fischer Group projects in Japan. In return, Koide will receive support in providing services to customers in the European and North American markets.
- Looking to the future: Both companies are committed to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and intellectual property protection and to supporting each other to respond effectively to market needs. This strategic cooperation agreement represents a significant step forward in the advancement of die casting technology.
