Neue Materialien Fürth GmbH (NMF) is an application-oriented national research center of the Bavarian State.

In close cooperation with partners from industry, we develop new materials and production processes in the field of metals and plastics as well as composite and hybrid materials.

When developing new production processes, we do not limit ourselves to demonstrating feasibility on small samples. We go further and prove suitability at the level of prototypes and small series. We use numerical simulations throughout to support our research work. Almost all the machines in our testing field have unique features due to our own developments.
