The Raga Monitoring System measures flow rate and temperature at the outlets of jet, spot, and line cooling systems.
It replaces the traditional outlet manifold.
Each line from the jet cooler, spot cooler, or line cooler is individually connected to the Raga Monitoring System, which sends the data to a central controller.
The controller analyzes the data, and if any abnormality is detected, it triggers an alarm or stops the die casting machine automatically.
When using Raga Jet Cooling machine, the monitoring system transmits data directly to the Raga Jet Cooling machine, So no need for a separate Controller
