- Plunger Preforma: Additive-manufactured hot-work steel with conformal cooling for exceptional toughness, heat-fatigue resistance, top cooling power, shorter cycles, and market-leading lifetime. Opens via elasticity and aluminum penetration, maintains rear sleeve contact, and uses softer steel for smooth spring-bush sliding. T-RS version includes a vacuum-optimized spring bush.
