About us

We deal with casting repairs using fine laser welding and hand laser welding, repairing cavities or cracks in castings.

Using cold spray from metal powder to metal bodies or filled areas. This means we can fill large areas in a very short time. 10x faster compared to the well-known fine laser welding.

We do this as a service in Berlin and are system sellers.

We also use similar methods as 3D metal printing to produce prototypes. In wire laser metal 3D printing, weld beads are precisely welded on top of each other. Robot integration is the perfect platform for large and complex 3D printing parts, repairs and coatings.

Here we offer professional and affordable systems.

We also have 3D sand sucking for foundry molds and cores at a much cheaper price.
