N°8 CAD/CAM workstations are dedicated to the design and programming of our machines. They are provided by the most recent available hardware and they use excellent softwares like PROENGINEER/CREO of PTC, UNIGRAPHICS/NX of Siemens, CATIA V5 and POWERMILL of Delcam. Continuos software updates allow us to receive and transform latest version files and speak for full compatibility.
FORM operative department breathes the sinergy between machining technology, experience, passion and inventiveness of its workers.
The plant has 15 milling / erosion centers and 8 stations for assembly and adjustments. Machining centers from named manufacturers like Deckel-Maho, FPT, Makino, ONA are designed for maximum reliability of machining complex geometries and surfaces and for high workloads. Furthermore they are equipped with inspecting and measuring technologies such as M&H 3D Form Inspect of HEXAGON METROLOGY.
Another winning strategy is pallettization: better identification of the parts, quick positioning, repeatability of the procedures and reduced hours of CAM programming. This all contributes to delivering the best quality in the shortest time. A tidy and orderly workplace guarantees total respect and safety of our coworkers.
