Gas Injection Technology

We are pleased to present the latest development in the field of aluminum die casting: Gas injection technology. An innovation that is the result of our participation in the EU research and innovation program "Horizon 2020" and was developed in cooperation with leading European companies. The gas injection process is at the heart of this technology and enables the production of component cavities directly during the casting process. This results in more efficient production and improved material properties without the need for additional processing steps. Our latest explanatory video provides a detailed insight into this technology and its possible applications in aluminum die casting. The key benefits include: no gaskets with screw connections, reduced component management, functional integration / one-piece solutions, channels can be produced with deflections, lower investment and assembly costs.
