Do I have to be a trade visitor to be able to visit EUROGUSS?
EUROGUSS is reserved for professionals from the die casting sector. As a visitor, you do not have to prove your industry affiliation, however. Please note that – as at all trade fairs – a direct sale to end consumers is not possible.
Are children admitted to EUROGUSS?
Children up to and including 12 years of age are granted free admission. Students and apprentices of the respective branch can also visit the exhibition at no charge.

Can I bring my dog with me to EUROGUSS
For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring pets with you. Guide dogs are, of course, an exception to this rule.
Can I bring a trolley or a carrying case with me to EUROGUSS?
Yes, that is possible. However, we recommend you to leave your trolley / carrying case at the cloakroom so that you can fully concentrate on the exhibition.
I will travel to the event from abroad or from another region. Am I subject to quarantine?
Your health and safety as well as the health and safety of everyone involved is always our top priority. We therefore kindly ask you to inform yourself about the current general entry regulations or
quarantine regulations before your arrival, especially if you are entering from a risk area. If you have had contact with COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days before your visit or if you yourself have symptoms of a viral infection (dry cough, fever, feeling sick), please stay at home.

What address shall I enter in my navigation system?
You can simply enter "Nürnberg". The dynamic traffic guidance system will guide you past all the queues to a vacant parking space. Alternatively, please use the following address:"Karl-Schönleben-Strasse, 90471 Nürnberg" or the special destination "Messe".
Where can I find parking spaces? How much do these cost? Are there disabled parking spaces?
There are enough parking spaces on-site. Our parking guidance system guides you to the vacant parking spaces; the daily charge is EUR 10 during EUROGUSS. You can receive information by telephone at T +49 9 11 86 06-0. Parking spaces for disabled people are located near the entrances.
Are there pitches for caravans?
Within walking distance of the exhibition centre, there is a camp site, at which exhibition visitors who come with a caravan can rent pitches. No caravans can be parked on the site of the exhibition centre Nuremberg itself.
Is there a shuttle service from the airport/Nuremberg Central Station to the exhibition centre?
No because you can reach the exhibition venue quickly and easily both from the Central Station and from the airport with public transport. You can find further information on this in our travel tips.
Are there lockers at the exhibition venue?
Yes, there are lockers in the Mitte, West and Ost entrance areas. Use of these is free of charge. The coin that you have to insert to lock the lockers serves as a deposit and will be returned.
You can also leave your property and items of luggage in the cloakroom at a small fee.
Can I use WiFi at the exhibition venue?
As a visitor of EUROGUSS, you are online free of charge throughout the exhibition venue. You would like fast Internet? Use our high-speed WiFi for EUR 5 per hour with minute-based billing – or book access for a whole day for EUR 25.
Where can I find a restaurant at the exhibition venue?
In our floor plan , you can find the locations of cafés, restaurants and all the exhibition's other facilities.
Whom should I contact if I have lost something?
Please contact our colleagues from the Facility Service in the entrance area of Service Center Mitte.
Can I buy something at EUROGUSS?
No, there are no direct sales.
How to travel barrier-free?
Barrier-free access by public transport and rail
You can get from the main station to the exhibition centre in about 8 minutes by underground. All underground stations are at least equipped with a lift that goes directly from platform level.

Which services provides the exhibition center?
Parking at the exhibition centre
By displaying a valid disabled parking permit, you can park for free near the entrance to our VIP car park
Our entire fairground is accessible. Facilities at higher levels can be easily reached via our lifts.
Operation Center: First aid and medical support, police
In our Operation Centre near the central entrance, you will find a first aid station run by the BRK (Bavarian Red Cross), police and freely accessible bathroom facilities.
In the event of an emergency at the exhibition centre, our SecurityControlUnit is available to help. Emergency number: T +49 9 11 86 06-70 00
Washrooms and toilets are located at the Central (Operation Centre), East and West entrances, in all service areas between the halls and at NCC East. The wheelchair-accessible sanitary facilities on the exhibition grounds are freely available.
Free wheelchair hire
You have the option of borrowing a wheelchair for your visit from BRK.
- Normal wheelchair, free on presentation of ID card
- Electric wheelchair, 1st day € 100.00, each additional day € 50.00.

Visiting with accompanying persons
If you are dependent on an accompanying person during your visit to the exhibition, he/she is entitled to free admission upon presentation of your disabled pass.
Guide dogs are of course allowed.

How do I get an entrance ticket for EUROGUSS?
Advance sales take place online. Register in our TicketShop and purchase your entrance ticket in advance.
Of course, you can also purchase your entrance ticket on-site, (upon presenting your proof of eligibility).
In many countries, the international representatives of NürnbergMesse are available for ticket sales, as well as for the provision of information about visas.
Can I use the public transport in Nuremberg with my exhibition ticket?
No, unfortunately, you cannot use the public transport with your ticket. You can find further information on fares etc. at www.vgn.de.
What will happen with the ticket I purchased if the event cannot take place due to a new lockdown?
If the event is cancelled due to official orders, your ticket will remain valid for the following edition of the event. Should the date of the next edition not suit you, you can cancel your ticket order in writing to email@example.com ( send enquiry) and your money will be refunded.
Even though the event will be taking place as planned, I have for personal reasons decided not to attend. Can I cancel my purchased ticket and get my money back?
When I ordered my admission ticket, I had to choose a specific day. But now I would like to change the date. Is that possible?
Yes, you can change the validity date of your ticket after an order has been completed. To do so, please go back to our online TicketShop and log into your account again using the "Log in" button in the upper right-hand corner. Then click on "Profile" and "Your orders". Then click on the order (order number) that you want to change. In the order summary you will now find the option "Change ticket and profile data". You will be guided through the registration process again and can select the new date for your ticket. Please complete the rest of the process and click on "Confirm changes". You will then receive the new ticket by e-mail. Please note that the old ticket automatically loses its validity by this change.
Can I redeem my printed voucher on-site?
Yes, that is possible. Please bring your voucher with you to the exhibition and exchange it for an entrance ticket at the counters in the entrance area.
In order to avoid waiting times on-site, however, we recommend that you redeem your printed voucher online in advance. Register and confirm your order via the yellow button "complete order". Then you will receive your e-ticket by e-mail, but you can also print this out immediately.
Can I redeem my electronic voucher code on-site?

Where can I get a visa for my exhibition visit?
Please note the mail decree of the Federal Foreign Office of 24.07.2013:
In the future, you can generally dispense with the invitation letter from the exhibition companies in the accompanying documents for a visa application. Please clarify with the embassy / the consulate in your country whether an invitation letter from us is necessary.
