promeos® Dosing furnace

The experts for intelligent heating systems from promeos® proudly present a new member in the product family of promeos® furnaces at the upcoming EUROGUSS trade fair. With immediate effect, promeos® is expanding its range to include dosing furnaces for aluminium in three different sizes. These new furnaces feature state-of-the-art technology and comprehensive equipment, all at extremely attractive prices. Thanks to promeos®' long-standing technology partnership with Encotherm, a renowned technology company in Turkey, these furnaces can be offered without compromising on performance and equipment: they combine leading thermoprocessing technology, high-quality steel and plant engineering and masterful insulation expertise with attractive prices and short production times. The dosing furnaces are available in various sizes and have a capacity of 500 to 3700 kg and an output of 18 to 72 kW. They feature remarkable dosing accuracy from 0.1 to 100 kg, while being up to 60% more energy efficient compared to conventional open solutions with ladles and other transport and scooping methods. The high-quality equipment of the ovens includes control components from Siemens and hydraulic components from SMC, which rounds off the overall package.
