The Kurtz Ersa Alpha 140 is the optimal solution for a tool-free production of metal parts and complex structures with the greatest geometric freedom. It combines innovative manufacturing technology with simple operation and low system costs. The Alpha 140 3D metal printer shows its strengths especially in small batch sizes, saving costly expenditure on tools. Thanks to the open system, the customer can independently set the process parameters in the slicer according to his individual requirements. A wide range of usable metal materials is thus available through the free variation of process parameters.

Simple, economical, flexible – the Alpha 140 is the ideal entry-level product for the additive manufacturing of metal components. It dispenses with costly and maintenance prone components and, thanks to its newly designed machine design, is up to 80 % more economical than other laser powder bed fusion machines.

Metal 3D printers
For small batch sizes, special materials and complex geometries, additive manufacturing plays to its strength. Its tool-free production is the fastest way from the idea to the production of the metal part. Without any limits in design, the part can be printed according to your individual requirements to get exactly the application you need. Foundry Machines
In the field of low pressure casting Kurtz provides machines which are operated with permanent molds and machines for sand-, plaster- or ceramic molds – so called "lost molds". Both aluminum and magnesium alloys can be cast with a Kurtz low pressure casting machine. The casting machine portfolio is complemented by tiltable gravity and gravity casting machines as well as trimming presses.

Turnkey Solutions
We already think of an optimized mold parting line for efficient trimming when designing and developing a casting mold or machine. Both casting machines and trimming presses are available as fully automated systems. All components and modules are optimally matched to one another. At Kurtz' the customer obtains planning, engineering, process, and mold technology, melting and furnace technology, automation, peripherals as well as complete casting lines.
