Our production of ALUMINIUM CASTINGS is based on three casting technologies (tilt gravity, low pressure, high pressure die casting), heat and surface treatments, as well CNC machining, powder coating, anodization and assembly. Part of the production process also involves control methods (x-ray, crack detection, leak and cleanliness test, CMM etc.).

In the past decade, Talum further intensified the restructuring of its manufacturing process by moving towards carbon neutral products and changing the structure of our input material to increase the degree of recycling of various types of scrap aluminium. Our main products: aluminium castings (for the transport industry, e-mobility sector and electrical industry), extrusion bars (for the mechanical industry, transport industry and construction industry), slugs (for the packaging industry) and flat heat exchangers (for evaporators, condensers, absorbers and the e-mobility sector). We also offer other services such as engineering, tool making, machine renovation and set-up of production lines on a turnkey basis. Talum can also boast its own certified laboratory, which is crucial for the product development and optimisation, quality control and also for monitoring of environmental parameters.
