The penetrant or crack detection systems from L+R are used for - mostly fluorescent - penetrant testing (PT). They represent an essential part of the quality assurance of aluminum castings and forgings, especially in the area of safety-relevant components.

L+R's crack detection systems are specifically adapted to the requirements of the respective test process and the test parts. Customized solutions regarding throughput, degree of automation and space conditions are our specialty.

With the possibility to select the process stations project specific, L+R offers its customers the optimal solution for their individual needs.

In order to guarantee each customer an optimal testing process, L+R cooperates with well-known partners in the industry. In close cooperation with the customer, the test equipment manufacturers and experts, the individual process is designed regarding efficiency, process reliability, ergonomics and economy.

Laubinger + Rickmann (L+R) is a medium-sized family business with about 100 employees and headquarters in northwestern Germany. In May 2022, L+R will celebrate its 50th birthday.
