2021-Aug.: We participated in the integrated part R&D stage.

2021-Nov.: We designed and manufactured the mold.

2022-Jan.: We ran the trial test and offered assistance on process parameter at site. The mold is under pre-series production. It’s an impressive milestone that Chinese brand automotive secceeds in HPDC project for integrated structure part and owns its patent.

GZDM is originated from 1943 and specializes in manufacturing tooling and moulds, committing to be one global die casting pressure mold expert. To meet with the global aim of carbon neutral, we can offer innovative solutions of lighter metal casting. We have rich and successful experience on partipating in the integrated structure part on R&D stage together with new energy E-mo, delivering efficient know-how and accurate manufacturing capability. We have composed a R&D center with talented team to cooperate directly with automotives, together with foundries since 2020, overcoming technical issue in part geometry when casting.

Besides that, we acquired a mold base factory in 2019 based on our strategic development layout. In this case, we can adjust the resource internally to our support super-huge scale die casting mold projects, not just in cost or quality, but also in timeline.

At the same time, our new plant is under construction, invested more advanced machining centers, spotting machines (1000T) and cranes (120T). The hardware equipments are tightly following our steps as schedule.It will be put into production at the end of 2022.
