Complementary we provide a DMQP Powder Cycle within a wide powder portfolio including the related machining parameter set and validation for LASERTEC SLM machines. The DMQP Powder Cycle allows an easy and fast powder ordering and reordering via our Online Shop as well as powder returning and recycling.

Selective laser melting (SLM) allows the production of highly complex components with function integration, internal cooling channels and lightweight structures. The LASERTEC SLM series sets new standards in terms of process autonomy, productivity and work safety. Innovative solutions such as the material independent filtration system or the patented rePLUG module for automated powder management are driving the industrialisation of additive manufacturing forward.

Laser deposition welding with powder nozzle is characterized by a high build-up rate. The machines of the DED / DED hybrid series are therefore particularly suitable for large-volume components. The combination of several materials in the building process allows new, optimized component properties, e.g. in the area of thermal properties or to increase of service life. The flexible switch between laser and milling/turning on the hybrid machines enables direct finishing on one machine, in one setting. In this way, even the most complex geometries can be realized in finished part quality.
