High energy efficiency, longer crucible life, more productivity thanks to heatelligence® in the foundry.
The promeos® tiltable crucible furnace with flameless gas burner technology stands for high energy efficiency and greater efficiency in the melting of aluminium and non-ferrous metal alloys. The premixing of gas and air and near-stoichiometric combustion have been proven to save up to 35% of energy compared to flame-heated tie-eaters. The resulting exhaust heat causes a uniform heating of the crucible without “hotspots”. This leads to a longer life of the crucible and reduces the downtime of the furnace.
