Our mobile furnaces eliminate transferring the ladle and therefore increase material efficiency as well as energy efficiency!

In foundries, the rule is: avoid decanting! Every transfer process not only costs valuable energy, it also deteriorates the material quality. The promeos® m.pot combines the functions of a tilting crucible furnace, transport ladle and holding furnace in one system. Thanks to the patented promeos® porous burner technology, this is extremely energy-efficient and low-emission.

A further increase in efficiency is achieved by recycling and reusing the high-temperature waste heat generated within the process to preheat the charging material. This is made possible by a double docking station (promeos® heattwin) with an additional preheating position. This allows simultaneous melting in one m.pot and preheating in a second m.pot using the waste heat.
