Exhibitor Profile

Transmission housings, clutch housings, differential covers and flanges are supplied to customers of the automotive and industrial vehicles branches. Fondalpress is Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier.

Fondalpress Sp.A. is an Italian leading company specialized in the production of High Pressure Die-Casting parts made of aluminum alloys, in machining and assembly, in middle-large series since the beginning of its activity ( 45 years ago). Our main customers are industries belonging to: automotive, industrial vehicles, electromechanical machinery etc.

Starting from the project of our customers, we create a synergy with them , that brings to the development and to a continuous improvement, so that we produce complex components and sub-assemblies like: clutch housing, transmission housing, differential cover, flanges, engine covers, oil and water pumps, brackets, supports, housings for different purposes etc.

Fixtures and tooling for die-casting and machining our products are built up based on our know-how and cooperating with leading companies of their sectors, because nothing is left to chance. Flow-simulations, prototypes and pre-series are used to check projects and find the most valuable solutions.

Currently our foundry is set up with 23 HPDC-islands between 600T and 2,800T, while our machining unit is provided with CNC machines, with different characteristics to face various production needs.

Thanks to the enlargement project, through the building up of a new foundry in addition to the present one, the manufacturing capacity will increase a lot in the next years, following our customers' needs.
