Toora Casting has top-level specialisation and over 30 year’s experience, in gravity and pressure die casting and recently in low pressure as well, which make Toora Casting a leader in the foundry sector, supplying aluminium components with a focus on structural parts, to the European automobile industry.
Qualified resources combined with state-of-the-art technical solutions , (casting simulation and destructive and non-destructive controls) allows Toora Casting to support the customer throughout the complete process, i.e. from the design to the delivery of the finished aluminium parts.
Toora Casting provides the finished part, fully machined, assembled and with surface coating (painting/anodic oxidation).
To reduce delivery times and optimize the logistics flow, it is possible, if the customer requires it, to provide storage for the consignment stock.

The whole process, after casting, is done internally with automatic cutting machinery, dribbling machines,
heat and surface treatments.
The following checks are performed to monitor the high quality standards required:
Alloy chemical and density control, radioscopic and tomographic control, destructive and non-destructive controls (penetrant test), micrographic analysis (SDAS), 3D dimensional control with laser-scanning, DMC traceability.
