In the field of tool steel, we offer material solutions for hot-work steels, cold-work tool steels, plastic moulds and high-speed steels.
Pressure Die Casting
The die casting process is used for series production of structural components for industry. The liquid material is pressed into a pre-machined die at high pressure and velocity.
For the die-casting industry, we manufacture special die inserts, sliders and accessories made of hot-work steel that are produced exclusively using the electro-slag-remelting (ESR) process. In addition, we offer our customers appropriately developed special-purpose steels like TQ1, HP1, CS1 and HTR, for example. Three-dimensional forging is just one more of our specialities.
Die inserts, part inserts, sliders, shot sleeves, etc. - all of our products are optimised for processing large structural components in the automobile industry. Common examples of structural components include suspension struts, door frames, rear doors, cross members, side members and suspension brackets.
