Our manufacturing methods:

• Aluminum die casting: Molding weights from 10 - 12,000 g, up to max. 1,200 t clamping force
• Zinc die casting: Molding weights from 10 - 3,000 g with up to 500 t clamping force
• Gravity die-casting: Molding weights from 10 - 6,000 g and tolerances between 0.3 and 0.6 %
• First sampling from 6 weeks after order placement
• Delivery incl. finishing

We recommend our patented PROTO DIE if you want to develop a high-quality, thin-walled die-cast part cost-effectively and in a time-saving manner and require prototypes and pilot series:

• Reduced product development phase
• Rapid availability (samples & pre-production series from one tool; product tests and certifications take place before completion of the production tool)
• Elimination of cost-intensive, off-series test series (milled prototypes or produced from investment castings)
• Early, qualitative optimization of series technology
• Reduction of risks during product launch
• Surface finish included

Different applications require adapted housing solutions. Sophisticated and sensitive technology is not housed in standard enclosures. Custom designed enclosures increase functionality, provide greater protection, and can be personalized.

Whether you prefer housings made of die-cast, CNC-milled, aluminum sheet or as profile housings - we supply the product including seals, cable glands, front panels, control panels, impact protection elements and battery contacts - matched and assembled.

Coordinating the production of many components at several suppliers is time-consuming and causes costs as well as risks regarding the project time. We take over the production, adaptation, and optimization of the components of different manufacturing processes and, if desired, the complete assembly:

• Production of components
• Supplier coordination of additional manufacturing processes
• Assembly of components (seals, cable glands, control panels, battery contacts, etc.)

Engineering solutions can make important contributions to the optimization of components in terms of quality, process reliability and costs, particularly at the development stage. As a cross-process manufacturing service provider, we accompany you from the idea to the finished marketability of a product. Our project-experienced employees at the Teltow site near Berlin are also available to you independently of a request:

• Exploded-view drawings, 3D animations, rendering
• CAD files and 3D models from 2D drawings
• Digitization of old drawing files and construction plans (into all common CAD formats)
• Checking CAD drawings for DIN and ISO conformity
• Modification/adaptation of design drawings when changing the manufacturing process (e.g., injection molding to die casting)
