Idé-Pro offers High Pressure Die Casting and finishing processing of prototypes and small production series in light metal, equally we offer Milled from Block and Investment casting solutions. We make High Pressure Die Casted parts, casted in real processes and real materials, so the casted parts can be used for functionality tests.

We offer competitive prices and delivery times. We produce our tools in-house in toughened steel (soft tooling). We have HPDC machines with clamping force up to 1350 tons and a large number of finishing machines, the largest being a 6-axis milling machine – processing part up to 2100 x 4000 x 1200 mm.

Idé-Pro is one of Europe’s leading injection molding companies within plastics and EPS/EPP – we have machines with clamping force from 7 tons to 4000 tons. Our headquarter and factories are in located in Denmark, where Idé-Pro was founded in 1994 by the Nors family.

Our knowledge is extensive within product development, HPDC casting, finishing processes, surface treatments like trowal, impregnation, anodizing, wet painting or powder coating as well as quality verification, measuring, x-ray, scanning and leak tests.
