Roundtub vibrators type VA

The machines of our series VA are high efficiency roundtub vibrators for industrial surface treatment of very different parts. The machines are built in a modular system, thus easily adjustable for different customers’ requirements. A very intensive and solid movement of the mass of parts and media is characteristic. Thanks to this feature the machines type VA are not only suitable for very challenging processes such as ball-burnishing, but due to the low-maintenance direct drive an easy fine adjustment is possible.

The machines are available in 7 basic sizes and characterized by a low energy and water consumption.

The self-cleaning drain system supports an easy and comfortable handling of the machine, which is equipped with a high wear-resistant polyurethane lining.

Thanks to its special working tub geometry and the particular shape of the rotor, Spaleck centrifugal finishers permit a very intensive treatment and the shortest possible cycles times. The multiple-batch-operation – simultaneous treatment of parts and separation of the previous batch – guarantees a minimum of idle time.

Spaleck centrifugal finishers are available with PLC for a fully automatic processing. Depending on the individual requirements, several treatment programs can be stored. At the EUROGUSS we present our centrifugal finisher Z11 with ceramic ring for a wear- and maintenance-free operation.

The adjustment and control of the gap are automatically effected. The system controls and regulates the gap width constantly during the entire treatment cycle. At the same time, the gap is rinsed. Total reliability, minimal wear and the time savings as compared to manual systems are convincing advantages.

Spaleck Finish recycling centrifuge ZMT 4 F

Centrifugation is an effective, purely mechanical separation process. An effluent tank collects the contaminated processing liquid discharged from the surface finishing machine, from which it is continually pumped into the centrifuge. A special separation system isolates the purified liquid and transfers it into the clear water tank; thanks to the centrifugal force, the solid particles deposit at the centrifuge wall.

The various installations are distinguished by different principles of sludge separation, various capacities and their degree of automation. With installations of cleaning capacities ranging from 100 to 2,000 l/h, the Spaleck program offers the right recycling centrifuge for every application.

Apart from the centrifuge technology, Spaleck also offers flocculation plants. For the treatment of various processing liquids on one effluent treatment plant, flocculation remains the optimum process. Yet also in certain other applications this technology offers the better solution.
