Eurofusioni Nironi Ltd. is a foundry of cast aluminum with a tradition started in the 60s.
The exclusivity of the company is to have designed and developed an innovative molding technique that allows large increases in production with reduced energy consumption ( overlying cycle ).
The overlying cycle, which is a patent Eurofusioni Nironi, is based on the principle of superposition of the phases and uses a modern electric press that has led to more than 300 cycles / h with an energy consumption of less than 6.5 kw / h, then with industrial costs per unit of product never before achieved and with a quality of the cast than the traditional one, because of the properties of the cycle to be able to use the molten alloy at a temperature up to 20 ° C lower than the traditional one, thereby reducing the amounts of oxides and dissolved gases.
This technology is suitable in particular for small and medium- size casts with lower production costs. It has allowed us to install it in a business context which, though small in size, allows to be managed by highly skilled and trained personnel, with a constant guaranteed quality control by appropriate instruments.
Another feature of our society, as well as to design within the molds to be able to leverage our technology, is to perform continuous inspection and treatment on the molten alloy through the ongoing verification of the values of the alloying elements in the molten bath ( quantometer ), with the continuous degassing treatment, thus achieving very high density values and constants ( control with weighing in water samples solidified under vacuum ).
In the recent years we have also successfully applied to machining of castings and the latter will be added to all the finishing cycles already established ( cutting, grinding, smoothing, sanding belt and cluster, tumbling, polishing, coating both liquid that powder, assemblages ).
Our intention is to channel funds for investment in future technology overlyng cicle , expanding the existing fleet and continuing to refine and, where possible, improve the technology that we believe to be the future in our industry.
