The 3D Dispenser is equipped with a newly developed dosing technology, which provides highly reliable process assurance, especially with regard to precision adjustment of the quantity of beads to be used.
This machine can be operated manually or can be linked up to the electronics of the die-casting machine. The first fully digital dispenser for the precision dosing of beads; dry lubrication of plunger and sleeve of high pressure die-casting machines.
The granulate is conveyed via a hose pipe to an aluminium dosing tube which can be varied in length. The tube is connected to a pneumatically operated dosing arm, the stroke of which is 300 mm. The length of the tube is adjustable.
When receiving a signal from the die-casting machine the Dispenser's dosing arm starts moving forward until the end of the tube reaches the opening of the shot-sleeve.
A predetermined amount of beads is fed into the shot-sleeve and thereafter spread by means of compressed air.
Then the dosing arm moves back immediately; out of the heat zone, which makes a blockage of the tube as a result of heating and melting of the wax nearly impossible.
By means of the 3D Tripod the positioning and movement of the dosing arm can be adjusted in all possible ways, thus facilitating the precise dosing of the tiny beads without wastage.
The 3D Dispenser is supplied with an 8 litre storage tank and an electronic level control. As soon as the quantity of beads drops to a level below 2 litres, a warning light is switched on.
The 3D Dispenser is supplied in a strong cardboard box.
