Founded in the year 2003, the ID Casting Group is the French and European Zinc (Zamac) alloy die casting specialist. More recently, it has also become the Magnesium alloy die casting specialist using the « hot chamber » process.

Since 2013 ID Casting is active in Germany thanks its liaison office in Saarbrücken (Saarland).

- Co-development and validation of our manufacturing processes with your own departments

- Seeking to lighten each new part (using a lightening target of around 15%)

Reliable material services to ensure production that consistently reaches the desired quality levels :
TOOLING
- High-quality tooling (foundry, triming, machining and inspection), which is produced either in-house or by partners, depending on the project
FOUNDRY
- A large fleet of machines for injection moulding of parts weighing from 0.1g to 2.5kg (with clamping forces of 20T to 330T).
FINISHING
- Machining that is minimised as far as possible thanks to high dimensional accuracy, all of which is achieved in-house.
PACKAGING
- We define packaging with our customers according to needs

We also define logistics parameters with our customers, offering a range of delivery and storage options.
