V-Casting Ltd.'s capacity-building investment at Ecseri's premises
V-Casting Foundry Production and Service Ltd. has purchased a five-axis CNC machining center at Ecser's headquarters with the help of the 24 million HUF grant awarded under the Széchenyi 2020 program.
V-CASTING Foundry Production and Service Ltd. is a Hungarian private company, founded in 2007, based in Ecser. The company specializes in the production and production of aluminum products with pressure casting, producing and developing orderly aluminum products in series. The company sells its own shielding product (shutter end) on the Hungarian market.
The company has set up its current technical and technical background for the past three or four years and has a state of the art production that could be further developed under the current project.
Our goal was to make Al pressure casting technology more efficient, to further enhance competitiveness, to achieve high quality and to meet customer needs fully.
The activity closely related to foundry activity is the repair and maintenance of the production of casting and punching tools. Our company has used this activity partly from other companies in the form of a service that has cost significant costs and the dependence on the service provider significantly influences our competitiveness. Another purpose of our development was to eliminate this dependence and to provide maintenance in its own field of activity.
Within the framework of the project, we purchased 1 DMU 75 monoBLOCK universal milling machine. The machine is a state-of-the-art equipment that meets Europe's quality requirements.
The equipment acquired during the development was immediately utilized, and after the completion of the development, it was immediately integrated into our day-to-day operation. Our company has the appropriate professional and organizational background to operate the asset acquired during the development and to maintain the results directly and indirectly generated during the development.
With the help of the tool acquired during the implementation of the project, we have eliminated our bottleneck, which can produce, repair and maintain the casting and punching tools in our own field of activity, as a result of which we have become more competitive and able to eliminate the dependency relationship.
Implementing the project has helped us improve our competitiveness and increase our revenue. The device purchased through the project embodies the quality technology and is in full compliance with the European Union's stringent security standards.
"The project was implemented under the Széchenyi 2020 program with the help of EU funding of HUF 24 million."
