Raffmetal produces a variety of aluminium alloys according to Italian and international quality standards, among which Secondary Alloys (EN 46000 – 47100 – 48000 - 46200 – 43200 -  47000), low-copper and -zinc content alloys (EN 43400 – 44300 - 42000– 43000 – 43100 – 44100) and customized Aluminium Alloy ingots in continuous casting (e.g. modified with Strontium).

Each single batch of material undergoes rigorous tests in the company laboratory, where modern quality control instruments are used. Some substances are tested up to one part per million to ensure the alloy conformity to its different uses.

Raffmetal puts recycling at the center of its activities. All residual production products are used as new raw material, representing the example of excellence for the circular economy.

Choosing the recycled aluminium of Raffmetal means technological innovation, a 40-year experience know how and attention to the issues about environmental protection and respect.

From the analysis made by our Research and Development Department, CO2 emissions are 92,5% lower compared to the production of primary aluminium. This generates a 95% energy saving.
