The Neapco plant in Düren specializes in car drive shafts and differentials. The Polish plant in Praszka was opened in 1957 as a metal plant. The company was restructured in the 1990s and was the first privatized automobile company in Poland in 1998. The portfolio includes drive shafts and die-cast aluminum parts for the global automotive market.
Neapco Europe Sp. z o.o. is located in Praszka, in the southwestern part of Poland. We have been in automotive business for more than 50 years. Neapco has highly educated employees as well as the modern machines to produce highly complicated products with highest quality.
We are full service supplier having the in-house tool room. We are Tier 1 supplier to many automotive component & car makers in Europe. We possess all quality certificates required by OEM automotive makers including OHSAS and TPM.
Neapco Europe Sp. z o.o. along with other plant located in Germany is a part of Neapco Europe that makes apart from the driveline systems variety of casting parts for global automotive applications.
We ensure “on site” preventive die maintenance team that responds quickly to any situation (24 hour/day). Thanks to our in-house tool-room we provide thorough and persistent shot preventive maintenance on all die cast dies used in production.
The casting engineering group works closely with Universities and Professional organizations such as Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Cracow, Casting Institute and Die Casting Association. Through our relationships with a number of external engineering companies skilled in all aspects of the die casting process we leverage their knowledge on die gating and solidification design, as well as process and part quality improvement.
