Autoflow 902

The Autoflow 902 is an automatically controlled precision-mass flow device which can be set with an automatic control to the desired flow rate (leak rate). This flow rate (leak rate) will be displayed directly in the chosen unit.

The leak value which can be set manual on a touch display or automatically read out through a connection on our Leak-Test-Computer out of the parameter list (it is possible if the Software from the Leak-Test-Computer is correct).

Use as a leak simulator
The Autoflow 902 is made for the inspection of leak measuring devices and/or density test systems. Also it can be used as a leak simulator. In order to use it as a leak simulator the Autoflow 902 needs to be connected parallel with a tight sample, the leak rate that needs to be checked has to be set on the Autoflow 902. The leak measuring device or the density test system must identify the leak that will be simulated through the Autoflow 902. This is a simple and cost-effective method to check density system on location directly.

leakage measurement computer LTC 502

The innomatec LTC 502 leakage measurement computer is the most recent device from our successful development series for conducting simple leak tests. The simple handling and the LCD display with 4 x 40 digits offer you all necessary information. The measuring and guidance processes, also for simple tool controlling, will be taken over by a state of the art PC (Embedded System). LTC 502 offers a unique user friendly interface. The modular construction enables the use of different measuring methods according to your requirements. A substantial data storage up to 2.000 measuring data, statistic function etc. turns the LTC 502 to a small multi talent.

leakage measurement computer LTC 602

The innomatec LTC-602 leakage measurement computer is the latest device from the successful development series. The graphic display of the pressure curve offers you extraordinary information about features of the test sample and the optimisation of the cycle time. The measurement and control sequences are taken over by a PC (embedded system), also for simple tool control. The LTC 602 offers you a unique and user friendly interface. The realisation of simple tool controls without additional SPS control, spinning measuring data storage and statistic functions. The measuring results are sorted via program/shift/day. There are large time and cost advantages through a software update via USB stick, a remote maintenance module as well as a copy function inside or via USB stick. The possibilities of combination of the different measuring methods, the data storage up to 1 million measuring data, the network compatibility and many more has turned the LTC 602 to an all-rounder.

Quick Connector-Systems

The Quick Connector-Systems provided by innomatec has proved to be excellent in the industry. They enable a fast and tight “Connecting”, also on unrounded and cast surfaces.

Beside our standard programme, we also make special dimensions at a reasonable price fitted to your individual specifications.

The Quick Connector-Systems are easy to handle. Put on the connection (manually or mechanically), and fill pneumatically. The connection fits immediately and seals the test specimen tight to the helium or liquid system and stays sealed even when used in serial tests, without regard as to how the condition of the connection part of the test specimen appears.

It can be a plain drilling hole or sitting slant, it can also be a connecting sleeve or can have a fine thread. The Quick Connector-System always seals up reliably in a few seconds, whether it is e. g. a heat exchanger, parts of motors, containers, valves, tubing, filters, assembled parts and components out of steel, aluminium, synthetic material or rubber.

Test leak

Test leaks are suitable for the check-up of leak test devices which work with the pressure difference or flow method. With the test leaks the functionality of leak test units incl. the sealing units can be checked easily and cost-effectively within the production. Depending on the type, the body will be made of aluminium, brass or stainless steel and is used for the connection and protection of the installed glass capillary. The leak size will be set for a constant pressure and will remain in at that pressure that the test leak as long as it is not polluted by dirt, water or oil and output is not being shut off. Temperature influences have minimal effect due to the use of the glass capillary. Field of application are pressure flow and trace gas test benches (e. g. Helium, SF6  test benches)
