Lanner Anlagenbau GmbH is a worldwide leader in chip processing systems for the last 30 years. At the moment Lanner is the only full service provider offering patented solutions for an efficient chip processing without thermal treatment.
The systems are suitable for different types of chips and separate metal chips and grinding sludge reliably from coolant. A team of highly qualified staff provides all performances from one source: Consultancy, construction, planning, production, assembly and after sales service. An efficient service team assembles your LANNER®-system at site. With an extra concluded service contract Lanner assures an annual certified inspection by a technician.

The patented Vetamat®-systems separate the metal chips and / or grinding reliably from the coolant.
The throughput of the Vetamat®-system can reach up to 2 m³/h. They include a parabolic or lifting bottom centrifuge, a conveyor with tank as well as an oil tub according to WRA (water resources authority) and control cabinet. With the add-on system the Vetamat® can optionally be expanded by a chip crusher, tramp metal ejector, chip cart dumper or coolant treatment.

Vetamat® Eco
The Vetamat® Eco system is the smaller version of the Vetamat®-system. The low cost way to enter the automatic chip processing with the continuously working LANNER® de-oiling system. Also this patented system separates chips reliably from the coolant. The complete system includes a centrifuge, a conveyor with tank and a control cabinet. Optionally a shredder can be added to this system.
