This is the reason why we have completely automated machining islands according to the most modern techniques of this sector, which permit high-quality standard production, while respecting the working environment.

The Working Environment
Besides technology and efficiency, at FAR we have always been deeply concerned with the environment and particularly with the working conditions of our personnel, with whom there is a mutual relationship of cooperation and respect. This makes it possible for us to provide our partners and customers with rapid and effective answers. The adoption of modern techniques has permitted our company to minimize environmental impact. “Cleanness” of the working environment in the broadest sense is a fundamental parameter which complements company efficiency.
Customer satisfaction, which depends on the Conformity of the Product, ranks first in the scale of values of FAR. Automation and production inspection carried out 24 hours a day by skilled personnel dedicated exclusively to this activity and availing themselves of specific instruments such as X-rays, 3-D equipment, metallographic quantometer, hardness tester and whatever can be used for the objective inspection of the product, allow us to maintain high quality standards. The data measured during inspections and checks are stored in computer files; this ensures the traceability and rapid processing of all the data.
In order to ensure the distribution and application of the company's policy to the entire organization, our top management has shared and fully applied the methods suggested by the ISO/TS 16949 standards by successfully submitting their quality management system to the certifying agency.
