DGS applies a zero-error strategy to every process. At the planning stage, a variety of risk analyses are carried out to ensure that every production step has minimal faults. State-of-the-art 3D measurement machinery and an in-house laboratory equipped for x-ray, spectral and strength analyses are utilized to guarantee consistently high material and production quality. The use of FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and internal workshops as well as with customers enable DGS to identify potential problems and take effective measures to achieve high quality standards, which we always strive to improve through investments in engineering, quality assurance and a number of continuous improvement processes. As a result, DGS holds several key ISO certificates (ISO 14001, ISO/TS16949 and OHSAS18001), which show our commitment to a process-driven organization.
