Smoke and cooling lubricant mist contaminate the air inside of foundries. Conventional air exhaust equipment is no ideal solution, as blowing the waste air to the outside of the plant represents a simple shift of the problem and at the same time causes an important loss of energy.
For this reason KMA developed the ULTRAVENT exhaust air filtration system for die casting machines. ULTRAVENT filter systems efficiently separate dust particles and oil mist from the exhaust air originating from the process of die casting. The purified air is flowing back into the workshop.
