The Voit group has approximately 1,600 employees worldwide, 900 in the headquarters in St. Ingbert. Voit engages in the business fields stamping, aluminum casting and assembling and operates an own efficient tool and mold manufacturing.
In the stamping department highly complex components and component assemblies are produced in up-to-date production lines with 80 -630 tons press capacity. Prevalent technologies such as serial punching, embossing, drawing, rolling, trimming, riveting and respective jointing techniques are applied here. One manufacturing focus lies in deep drawn and rolled housings which are millionfold employed in applications as window, sliding roof, seat adjustment, ABS and various fan actuators in the automotive industry .
In the die casting department over 25 million parts are annually produced according to manifold requirements, from pressure-tight to poor in porosity, standard or special alloy, on state-of-the-art processing centers ready to be assembled, grit blasted, washed and partly pre-assembled directly to the final assembly line of our customers. Voit specialized itself among others in finished casting with high tolerance requirements as well as in housing structures in diverse electronic applications.
Currently the die casting department comprises 24 die casting machines with locking forces of 400 - 840 tons in mostly automatized cells. The Polish Plant works with 3 die casting machines with locking force of 530 tons.

For innovative new projects a creative pool consisting of experienced developers, design engineers and tool specialists equipped with state-of-the-art CAD systems is at our disposal.
