Lider Kalıp was founded in 1987 by its current two owners Mr.Cakir and Mr.Yener and just moved to new plant at Dilovası-Kocaeli in 2015.
Lider Kalıp is specialized in the design and construction of moulds and trimming tools for the die-casting of light alloys mainly for the automotive, home appliances and electronics industry.
The company’s structure is organized and qualified to meet its customers’ all need regarding both the design and production of die-casting moulds and trimming tools .
Lider Kalıp currently has available 4,000 m2 of production area, a modern computer and machinery equipment. Maximum dimensions of produced moulds are 1600 x 2200 mm and weight 15 tons. Manufacturing department is equipped with machineries of different dimensions, for specific machining: 5 axis milling machine, high-speed milling machines, spark-erosion machines and CNC milling machines, continuously updated. In case of customer need, mould maintenance service is provided throughout its lifetime
Die spotting press is a precision tool for the company at the final stage of molding which requires high precision hydraulic press to further increase production efficiency and quality. Both die-casting moulds and trimming tools are tried out in die spotting press.
Design department is equipped with a team of highly qualified designers and exclusive CAD systems, that allow the realization of the casting mould-projects .Experienced staff with an in-depth knowledge of casting are required to design moulds and who can design a mould which offers functionality, reliability and quality during production.
Co-design service is a typical added value that makes it possible together with its customers , improvements to product performance and quality as well as reduction of cost.
Mould flow simulation software ,”C2C” allows to enhance and optimize its customers’ initial designs to avoid typical casting defects such as air entrapment, porosity, cold shots,early mould wear etc. thanks to the simple and quick filling mould flow simulation.
In measurement laboratory, all geometrical dimensions in technical drawing for castings and related dimensions for mould components (such as inserts, slides, core pins etc. ) are measured by CMM Coord 3D with qualified staff. In case of need, outsource measurement service (3D laser scanning) is taken from accredited laboratory for the dimensions can’t be measured by CMM. ( such as surface profiles)

Lider Kalıp Quality System certification is provided by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 regulations.
